I forgot my password or my user’s code

In the Authentification’s box in the Home page of the AccèsCité site, click on .

Put in you user’s code or you e-mail address.

Your secret question will be asked. If you respond with the correct answer, your connection’s information will be sent to your e-mail address.

If more than one user uses your e-mail address, a list of valid codes will be sent to the e-mail address thus permitting you to select the code you wish to use.

To access my personal page through the site’s Home page

In the Authentification box from the AccèsCité site home page, input your user’s code and your password then click on .

Click on the link showing in the confirmation’s notification you received by e-mail.
