The first time you access AccèsCité, you must register. This registration will permit you, in the future, to use the different online services such as request miscellaneous demands, answer surveys suggested by the city, receive information transmitted by the city, and others.

Step 1 – Personal information

You must complete the personal information page. All fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory.

• User’s code and Password: You must choose you user’s code and you password. If another user already uses the user’s code you enter, you shall be invited to enter a new one
• Secret question and Answer to the secret question: These fields will be used if you wish to receive your user’s code and password by e-mail in case you forget them.
• Language: Select your language of preference (French or English). At any time you may change the language by clicking on English or on Français at the top of the screen.

: Click on this button in order to cancel your registration. You will then by redirect to AccèsCité home page.

Step 2 - Subscriptions and services

When the city issue general news (communiqués, messages or others), they will be add to the AccèsCité site. These news will be classified by category.

At this step of your registration, you may select, by checking or unchecking the appropriated slots, categories you wish to subscribe. Thus, when news is added to one category selected in your subscription file, you will receive a notice by e-mail.

A message confirming your registration to the AccèsCité site is sends to you by e-mail. If you do not receive this confirmation e-mail at this time :

• Access your personal page (the link appears in the screen Congratulations, you are now registered to AccèsCité);
• Click on the link My personal information showing under the subsite Link for you;
