News

News are presented in the left hand column. They are gathered by categories.

Each category contains only the three most recent news. When more than three (3) news are active for one category, the link (...more) shows under the last showed news. Click on this link or on the category’s name in order to consult the summary of all active news under this category.

To consult and read a news, click on the news’ title.

After consulting a category’s summary or after reading a news, click on the button in order to return to your personal page.

Links for you

Links are presented in the right column upper section.

Links for My subscriptions and My personal information let you modify information input while you were registering, especially the list of news to which you are registered.

Enquiries and surveys

Enquiries and surveys are presented in the second section of the right hand column.

The miscellaneous surveys and enquiries published by the City are found under this subsite. To answer an enquiry or to consult the results, click on the enquiry’s title.

To answer an enquiry :

• Click on the button Respond to this Survey on the toolbar;
• Answer all questions;
• Click on the button Save and Close on the toolbar.

To consult results of an enquiry :

• The quantity of answers is register in the select view Overview;
• Select view Graphical Summary to show a results’ graphic for each question.

(Note: the select views are found in the upper left section of the screen)

Discussion Board

Discussion Board published by the City are presented in the lower part of the right column.

To transmit your opinion or to read the other Internaut’s comments, click on the discussion’s title.

In a discussion’s forum, more than one discussion pertaining to the same subject may be created. You may display every element of every discussion by clicking on the button Expand/Collapse the toolbar. To display the detail on one element, use the icons + and/or – to the left of the element you want to enlarge.

To read one element (in detailed mode if the text is too long) :

• Click on the element’s title;
• To answer, click on Post Reply;
• Complete the text and click on Save and Close.

To start a new discussion :

• Click on New discussion;
• Complete the subject and the text;
• Click on Save and Close.

To answer a discussion :

• Click on the arrow at the end of the title of the element you wish to answer;
• Select item Reply;
• Complete the text and click on Save and Close.
